Formerly known as Hôtel de l’Océan, Maison Mère was reinvented in 2021 by Aziz Temimi, who, having grown up in this world, dreamed of creating a unique living space.

Designed as a large guest house, Maison Mère is much more than a hotel: it is a meeting place where Parisians and travelers come together in a warm atmosphere. Each space is connected by an invisible thread, from the restaurant to the coworking room, through to the bedrooms, recreating the atmosphere of a family home.

Art plays a central role at Maison Mère: each floor showcases a different artist, and every year, a new exhibition transforms the hotel into a living gallery. The current theme? "Moments of Life."

A choice of taste and responsibility

In line with its eco-friendly approach, Maison Mère has chosen Castalie microfiltered water. Renowned for its purity and neutral taste, it blends subtly into the offering of the Nectar hotel restaurant.

True to its spirit of innovation, the hotel also collaborates with Enzo and Lily, an artisan ice cream maker in the 16th arrondissement, who collect stale bread to make unique ice cream.
