Castalie and sells eco-friendly glass water bottles (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "the General Terms and Conditions of Sale") apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded via the Website by Castalie consumers or non-professional buyers ("the Customer").
They may be supplemented by specific terms and conditions, set out on the Website, prior to any transaction with the Customer.
They are accessible at any time on the Website and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document. As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent changes, the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in force on the Website on the date the order is placed.
Castalie invoke any of the clauses of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any given time shall in no way be interpreted as a waiver of its right to invoke any of said clauses at a later date.

HOW TO ORDER?
To order one or more Products, please:

Read the product information sheet.
This sheet contains a description of the Product detailing its main characteristics, including its specifications, illustrations, and indications of size or capacity.
The photographs and graphics of the Products presented on the website are not contractual and Castalie cannot be held liable for them.
Product offers are subject to availability, as specified when the order is placed.
Select the desired color and quantity, then confirm your selection by clicking on the "Add to cart" button.
After selecting all the desired Products, check the details of your order and its total price. At this stage, you have the option to modify your order.
Add any promotional code by entering it in the "Coupon code" field and clicking "Validate" to apply it. Promotional codes and other discounts cannot be combined. Only promotional codes and other discounts specific to the Website can be applied on the Website.
Confirm your order by clicking on the "finalize your order" button after reading and accepting these terms and conditions.
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and that they are obliged to pay for the Products Ordered.

PRICES The prices displayed are in US dollars, including all taxes.
They include the price of the Products, handling, packaging, and storage costs.
They do not include shipping and delivery costs, which may vary depending on the amount, weight of the order, and/or country of delivery. These costs are calculated and specified before the Customer confirms the order.
Prices are valid on the day of the order. They may be changed subsequently by Castalie without prior notice.
Any order delivered outside mainland France (including Corsica) may be subject to additional local taxes and customs duties, which are not included in the price of the Products or mentioned in the order confirmation, and remain the sole responsibility and expense of the Customer. Indeed, any customs duties may be requested by the carrier at the time of delivery. These customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the Customer and are his sole responsibility.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for Products purchased on the Website must be made in full at the time of ordering. The Products remain the property of Castalie the order has been paid for in full.
Payments can be made by credit card: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is confirmed.
You guarantee Castalie you have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. In particular, you guarantee that you are the holder of the credit card to be debited and that the name on the card is yours.
Castalie the right to suspend any order or delivery in the event of non-payment or payment issues (incorrect bank details, insufficient funds in the customer's account, etc.).
A paid invoice listing the various items in the order will be sent to you by email.
PAYMENT SECURITY
The payment security protocol used is STRIPE. It guarantees complete confidentiality of personal information transmitted over the Internet. This means that your credit card information is not stored on the Website and your payment can only be viewed in encrypted form thanks to the SSL PCI-DSS protocol (confirmed by the appearance of "https" in the URL displayed in your browser), a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider.
Your bank details are stored on STRIPE's server in encrypted form only for the period strictly necessary for customer relationship management, which in any event may not exceed three (3) years from your last order.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, correct, and object to the use of all your personal data at any time by writing to us and providing proof of your identity in accordance with our privacy policy.
DELIVERY
5.1 – Place of delivery
The Products ordered are delivered in mainland France to the delivery address you chose and provided when placing your order. You may provide a delivery address that is different from your billing address. The information provided and recorded when placing the order is binding. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, Castalie be held responsible for any inability to deliver the Product(s) as a result of this error and, in this case, Castalie will Castalie be able to make a second delivery. In addition, the price of the order may be refunded to you after receipt of the return package at the Castalie warehouse.
No deliveries can be made to other countries or to PO boxes. If this is the case, the order cannot be processed.
5.2- Delivery time
Products are delivered in mainland France within an average of five (5) business days, including order preparation time. Orders placed on the Website on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will only be processed the following Monday. Furthermore, orders placed on the Website on a public holiday will also only be processed on the next business day.
5.3-Shipping costs
Shipping costs are as follows:
For all orders delivered in mainland France (including Corsica) with a purchase amount of less than €29.00 (twenty-nine euros): Standard Colissimo delivery ("home delivery"): €6.00
For all orders delivered in mainland France (including Corsica) with a purchase amount equal to or greater than €58.00 (fifty-eight euros), shipping is free.
5.4- Inspection of Products upon receipt
Castalie that the Products delivered to the carrier are in perfect condition.
Upon receipt of the Products, you must check their condition, quantity, and apparent conformity.
In the event that the Products are damaged, you must submit written reservations to the carrier upon delivery, or at the latest within three (3) business days after delivery. A copy of these reservations, accompanied by all supporting documents, must then be sent to Castalie email tocastalie, no later than twelve (12) hours after they have been notified to the carrier within the specified time limit.
After this period and if these formalities have not been complied with, the Products will be deemed to be in conformity and free from any apparent defects, and no claim will be validly accepted by Castalie.
Castalie , issue a credit note or replace, as soon as possible and at its own expense, any Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in Articles L 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

5.5 – Transfer ofCastalie

ORDER CANCELLATION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 – Order cancellation by the Customer – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal that you may exercise within a maximum period of fourteen (14) clear days from the date of receipt of the Products concerned or from the receipt of the last Product covered by your order if it was delivered in several installments, without having to justify the reason. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The refund (including delivery costs and excluding return costs, in accordance with Articles L. 221-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code) will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date on which Castalie informed of your decision to withdraw and no later than the day on which Castalie actually recovers the Products Castalie the day on which you provide proof of shipment of the Products. If the Product ordered is out of stock, Castalie will inform Castalie by email as soon as possible. 7.3 – Warranty against hidden defects
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, Castalie guarantees Castalie against hidden defects in the Products, i.e., "hidden defects in the item that render it unfit for its intended use, or that diminish its use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price for it, had they been aware of them."
