Castalie Ambassador Program Rules
CASTALIE, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €131,705, registered with the NANTERRE Trade and Companies Register under number 532.029.600, whose registered office is located at 145 rue Jean Jacques Rousseau – 92130 ISSY LES MOULINEAUX, is organizing a commercial referral program (hereinafter referred to as the "Ambassador Program").

1. What is the Ambassador Program?
The Ambassador Program is a referral program through which Ambassadors recommend CASTALIE products and services CASTALIE Referrals.
In return for these recommendations, CASTALIE Ambassadors with Rewards.
2. Ambassador Program Dates
The Ambassador Program is open from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. It will be automatically renewed on an annual basis until Castalie decides to discontinue the program.
3. Conditions of participation
3.a Who can be an Ambassador?
Any natural person over the age of 18 and identified by a last name, first name, and email address.
3.b How to become an Ambassador?
Any individual over the age of 18 who can be identified by a first name, last name, and email address. Participants become Ambassadors by providing the contact details of one or more Referrals to CASTALIE, with the Referral's consent.
These contact details are provided by the Ambassador to Castalie directly by email to the Ambassador's sales contact or via the form on the pagecastalie.
3.c Who can be a Godchild?
Any legal entity, café, hotel, restaurant, or company with more than six employees that is not already a CASTALIE customer CASTALIE as evidenced by its SIRET number) or that is not already in commercial contact with CASTALIE.
3.d What are the Rewards?
In return for providing the referral's contact details and if the referral enters into CASTALIE maintenance rental agreement with CASTALIE for the rental of at least one machine, provided that the machine(s) is/are actually installed, the ambassador will receive, at their choice:
- A gift voucher worth €300 for a dinner, redeemable in a single visit at an establishment (hotel or restaurant) selected by Castalie.
- A gift voucher worth €300 that can be used at several selected stores.
- A selection of wines chosen by a sommelier.
- A donation of €300 to the Made Blue foundation.
These gifts are valid for one year from the date of issue. Above the amounts indicated, the ambassador must pay the excess directly to the selected establishment. If the amount spent is less than the amount of the reward, no refund will be made.
Until the installation is complete, the Reward cannot be activated.
CASTALIE the right to modify the terms and conditions and/or rewards at any time without prior notice. Rewards are also subject to change depending on availability and delivery times. CASTALIE also CASTALIE the right to terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
3.d When is the Reward received by the Ambassador?
Prize #1:
Following the conclusion of a maintenance lease agreement by the Referral with CASTALIE the lease of at least one machine, and following the installation of the machine(s) covered by the maintenance lease agreement, CASTALIE the Ambassador a list of selected client establishments by email. Upon receipt of this email, the Ambassador shall have one month to notify CASTALIE of CASTALIE choice of establishment by email tocastalie. Failure to notify CASTALIE within this period shall be deemed a waiver of the referral's right to the reward.
Upon receipt of the Ambassador's email, CASTALIE will send CASTALIE the corresponding gift voucher within 15 days. This voucher is valid for one year. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible.
In accordance with the law, the number of gift vouchers is limited to five per year per Ambassador.
4. Are there any exclusions?
The following will not be eligible for a Reward:
- Sending the contact details of a Referral outside the duration of the Ambassador Program.
- Failure to comply with the submission procedure and the conditions set out above.
- Self-sponsorship activities in which the Ambassador registers a Referral belonging to their company or the same institution in order to carry out a fictitious sponsorship enabling them to obtain benefits.
CASTALIE the right to approve or reject any recommendation proposal that does not comply with the terms of these rules, and in particular any recommendation that appears to be fraudulent.
5. Liability
5.a Postponement, cancellation, or suspension
CASTALIE the right in all cases to cancel or suspend the Ambassador Program, extend its duration, and postpone any announced dates.
CASTALIE under no circumstances be held liable for the cancellation, suspension, or change of date of the Ambassador Program.
5.b No liability for loss or damage to the Reward
CASTALIE shall CASTALIE be held liable in any way for any loss or damage to the Reward sent to the Ambassador by post during transit.

Written disputes and complaints relating to the Ambassador Program will no longer be considered after a period of two (2) months following the end of the Ambassador Program.
7. Data processing
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and Articles 7 to 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), the Ambassador is informed that his or her personal data contained in the email transmitting the Referral's contact details will be stored and used by CASTALIE purposes CASTALIE contacting the Referral, communicating with the Ambassador if necessary, and, where applicable, awarding the Reward. They will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill these purposes, without exceeding the time required by law or the duration of the legal limitation periods. This processing is based on the Ambassador's consent.
The Ambassador and the Godchild have the right to request CASTALIE , rectify, or erase their data.
Insofar as the processing of their personal data is based on their consent, they have the option to withdraw their consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of their consent. In accordance with Article 12.5 of the GDPR, CASTALIE refuse to grant their request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
They also have the right to request a restriction on processing, or to object to it if it is based on CASTALIE legitimate interest. Finally, they have the right to data portability if the processing is based on the performance of the contract.
To submit a request to CASTALIE, simply send an email tocastalie.
The Ambassador and the Referral are informed of their right to refer the matter to the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties at any time, particularly in the event of a dispute relating to the application of these terms and conditions.
By sending an email or validating the online form, the Ambassador acknowledges that they are authorized to provide CASTALIE with CASTALIE following contact details for the Referral(s):
- Name
- First name
- Name of the institution or company
- Work email
- Work or personal phone number
This data is used by CASTALIE approach the Referral, communicate with them, and potentially arrange a meeting and/or conclude a contract.
This data is retained by CASTALIE three years from the date of transmission.
The Ambassador's and the Referral's data are intended solely for CASTALIE.
8. Acceptance of the rules
By participating, you agree to be bound by these rules.
In the event of a breach by a participant, CASTALIE the right to automatically exclude any participation by that participant, without the latter being entitled to claim any compensation.
9. Amendments
Amendments to these regulations may be posted online.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris.
